Run your distribution company under your own brand.
Aggregator OS is the operating system behind AfrobeatsDistro — hardened in production under real DSP behaviour, disputes, takedowns, fraud pressure, reversals, and real financial exposure.
Why Aggregator OS exists
AfrobeatsDistro was not built to compete on features or pricing — it was built because serious distribution operations break on generic tools. Spreadsheets, inbox workflows, shared drives, and patched SaaS tools become operational risk as catalogue volume, suppliers, corrections, disputes, and DSP-side failures increase.
Aggregator OS is infrastructure: catalogue operations, deliveries, royalties, balances, enforcement, and reporting inside one system — so growth doesn’t break operations.
What you get
Operate inside your own branded environment with clear boundaries for labels, suppliers, and partners.
Optional custom domain plus tenant branding controls (logo, full theme colors, support identity, and an optional custom landing page), with DNS verification, automated nginx/TLS provisioning, and a “Retry provisioning” workflow.
Invite sub-labels to upload, manage catalogue, request updates/takedowns, and track performance under your brand.
Catalogue, channels, customers, analytics, finance, billing, and operational oversight in one place — with one‑click detail views for releases, videos, tracks, artists, channels, and more.
Commission rate is set during onboarding. Track commission totals and balance, manage payout bank accounts, withdraw funds, and view full payout history.
View included limits vs billable usage, review invoice history and snapshots, and manage the card/payment methods used for monthly billing.
Self‑serve settings for notifications, privacy controls, and password changes (OTP-supported), scoped to your tenant.
Create and track support tickets inside your tenant, with full visibility and auditability for your operations team.
Deliveries, updates, retries, corrections, identifier fixes, and DSP-side failures are treated as normal operations.
Trigger takedowns per release/video per DSP, scoped to your tenant customers.
Send email announcements to all customers, or target segments inside your tenant.
Suspend tenant users when needed, scoped to your customers.
Tenant-scoped signals and top offenders for illegitimate streaming activity.
Issue advances to your tenant users and recoup automatically from future earnings. Net-share terms are configurable per advance.
Publish and sell tiers with your own pricing structure (with per‑tier price overrides when needed); access, expiry, billing, and enforcement are handled natively.
Revenue & streams over time, top customers, withdrawals/deliveries, subscription payments, catalogue summary, and CSV exports for reporting workflows — scoped to your tenant.
Self‑serve API keys for programmatic ops (UI, API automation, or hybrid) — catalogue reads, analytics, music/video uploads, update requests, channel operations, withdrawals, and support ticket listing.
Operational safety features such as malware scanning, audit trails, and enforcement hooks to protect distributors over time.
Queued AI cover-art generation that can be gated behind paid tiers to strengthen unit economics on your tenant.
Usage-Based Billing
Aggregator OS is billed monthly in arrears. Charges are based on your tenant’s usage across all sub-label and customer accounts in your environment.
Usage is measured using the same metrics that gate tiers inside the platform: Artists, Channels, and Assets (Tracks + Videos). Removed/declined items are excluded.
Monthly pricing is a base fee plus overage. You have included allowances for Artists, Channels, and Assets; only usage above those allowances is billed per unit. Your Billing dashboard shows your included limits, billable usage, and current rates.
We snapshot usage for each billing period so invoices don’t drift if jobs run late. Charges run off-session via Stripe using the card on file, with retry handling if a payment fails.
